A Blief Introduction to the School of Pharmaceutical Science

The School of Pharmaceutical Sciences(SPS)which was founded in the second half of 2021, is a newly established school, with more than 50 faculty members, among whom 8 are professors, 10 associate professors, 25 young teachers with PhD degree. Learning from the advanced secondary school-running concepts at home and abroad, the School of Pharmaceutical Scienceswas founded by a new model, which is composed of a scientific research team + teaching organization model under the responsibility of numerous PIs. There are 7 high-level research teams (PI teams),which have national-level talents like National Outstanding Teachers, Leading Talents of the National Special Support Program for High-level Talents and New Century Excellent Talents of the Education Ministry, as their academic leaders. Their research fields involve different fields such as biopharmaceuticals, medicinal chemistry(includingsynthetic chemistry,natural products chemistry, and pharmacognosy), pharmacy, etc.
